1.1 These terms of use together with the policies, agreements and documents referred to in them provide the terms of use on which you may make use of our website http://www.aictp-org.uk (our “Site”), whether as a guest or a registered Associate member user. Use of our Site includes accessing, browsing, or registering your professional practice Details on our Site. The AICTP Directory recommends that you print a copy of this for future reference. By using our Site, you confirm that you accept these terms of use and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these terms of use, you must not use our Site. AICTP may revise these terms of use at any time. Please check these pages from time to time to take notice of any changes we made, as they are binding on you.


2.1 Our Site is made available free of charge.
2.2 AICTP does not guarantee that the Site, or any content on it, will always be available or be uninterrupted. Access to our Site is permitted on a temporary basis. AICTP may suspend, withdraw, discontinue or change all or any part of the Site without notice. AICTP will not be liable to you if for any reason the Site is unavailable at any time or for any period.

You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access the Site through your internet connection are aware of these terms of use and other applicable terms and conditions, and that they comply with them.


If you are looking for an integrated practitioner using our member search facility, please note:-

3.1 The practitioners in our directory have listed their professional practice details here as they want people to know they provide an integrated coaching/therapy practice.
3.2 AICTP Ltd is not an accrediting body, therefore we do not monitor basic listings in this directory or check that the qualifications and insurance held by the practitioner are accurate or valid. The AICTP Associate Members’ Directory on the website does not verify the qualifications, abilities, credentials or professionalism of any integrated counsellor/psychotherapist listed and is not responsible for any member listed in the directory. A listing also does not mean that the Associate Members Directory endorses or accredits the qualifications held by any practitioner.
3.3 If you choose to see an integrated counsellor/psychotherapist/ coach from the site, please make sure you ask to view a copy of their relevant qualifications, as well as up-to-date insurance and professional body membership(s) before your first session. We strongly recommend that you do take the necessary steps to verify this information, as we will not be held responsible for any false information.
3.4 By utilising the Member Directory, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.


4.1 AICTP may update the Site from time to time, and may change the content at any time. However, please note that any of the content on our Site may be out of date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update it.
4.2 AICTP does not guarantee that the Site, or any content on it, will be free from errors or omissions.


5.1 As an Associate Member you are provided with, a user name and password as part of our security procedures. You must treat such information as confidential and not disclose it to any third party.
5.2 AICTP has the right to disable any user identification code or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our reasonable opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these terms of use.
5.3 If you know or suspect that anyone other than you knows your user identification code or password, you must promptly notify us at


6.1 Whenever you make use of a feature that allows you to upload content to our Site, or to make contact with other users of our Site, you must comply with the content standards set out in our Acceptable Use Policy (see below).
